Q&A

1. I’m pretty busy and overwhelmed right now - how much time will this take?

I’ve designed this program to be as efficient and effective as possible. Most people spend 2-3 hours per week on active exercises. The best thing is - the magic happens afterwards! These exercises plant "seeds of reflection" that work in your subconscious as you shower, sleep, and go about your day.

Another great thing? You can always slow down - pause next week’s program if you need a little more time on a particular topic. If you only have 1 hour a week (that’s <10 mins a day), that works too. It just might take you a little longer to finish.

2. Is this program for me if I am currently single?

Absolutely. The core of the program is about your individual relationship with motherhood. In the relationship module, you will follow the “Solo Planner” path, where we explore alternative routes to parenthood.

As a client and a good friend told me: “Planning for motherhood as a single woman takes much higher activation energy, has even greater uncertainty and a longer planning horizon. I'm so glad I used this program to figure out if it was truly worth it to me.”

3. What if I finish the program and I still don't have an answer?

That is a real possibility. Life is beautifully complicated, and no framework can reduce it to 100% certainty.

However, most participants move from "painful paralysis" to "informed exploration", if not “clear conviction”. You will emerge with clear deal-breakers, shed beliefs that no longer serve you, and learn to live with uncertainty with acceptance and grace.

I provide a "next steps" list for those who remain undecided by the end of the program. You are also very welcome try 1-on-1 coaching with me. Sometimes that’s what helps push thinking further.

4. But my situation is incredibly complex/unique/tricky! Is this still useful for me?

This program covers the essential questions for anyone considering motherhood. To keep it efficient for everyone, I opted not to include deep-dives into unique circumstances (like genetic illnesses or anxiety about societal future). But of course these matter deeply. That is exactly what your included 1-on-1 coaching session is for: we tackle common themes in the self-guided program, and your unique hurdles in our private session.

5. How much does it cost?

The standard price for the 10-week program is $499. This includes an 1-on-1 coaching session that otherwise costs $180. For a limited time, I am offering a Founding Member price of $299 for those who are willing to provide feedback.

6. Can I upgrade to 1-on-1 coaching later?

Yes. While this program is a complete stand-alone solution, you can always contact me here for private coaching, if you feel you need higher-touch support for complex personal circumstances.

7. What if I change my mind? Do you offer refunds?

Yes. I want this to help. If you complete all the exercises and don't find the program useful, email me. I’ll provide a full refund in exchange for your honest feedback so I can improve the experience for others.

I only ask that you "trust the process" - if you’re feeling stuck on a specific week, try to push through for just one more module before giving up. Sometimes we all need that little push to get over the hump. After all, part of the value of the program is also the accountability it offers, that it forces us to look at the difficult questions.
